Refund & Exchange Policy – IV Apparel Co

At IV Apparel, we care about your experience as much as we care about comfort and quality. If something doesn’t fit, we’ll help you find the right size.

Exchanges Only
    •    We only offer exchanges for different sizes of the same clothing item.
    •    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    •    Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start an Exchange
    1.    Email us at return/exchange@ivapparel.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead.
    2.    Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
    3.    After receiving your unused item, we’ll ship out the correct size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at return/exchange@ivapparel.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    •    Socks, underwear, swimwear, or hair accessories
    •    Gift cards
    •    Items marked as Final Sale
